Burglary to Motor Vehicle Investigation Update

11-13-13 Web Release – Burglary to Motor Vehicle Investigation Update

The City of Carbondale Police Department is investigating a report of an unlawful use of a credit card that was stolen during a burglary to a motor vehicle from the 400 block of South Graham Street on 10-23-13.  During the course of the investigation, officers learned an unknown suspect used the debit card in Carbondale around 1:00 a.m. on 10-24-13 near the 300 block of East Main Street. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a "Meridian Pride" hooded sweatshirt. The investigation is continuing.

Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact the Carbondale Police Department at 457-3200 Crime Stoppers at 549-COPS (2677). Anonymous tips can also be made by selecting the “Crime Stoppers” tab located on the main page of this website.

10-28-13 Web Release – Burglary to Motor Vehicle Investigation

 

On 10-27-13, the City of Carbondale Police Department responded to the 400 block of South Graham Street in reference to a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle. Officer learned an unknown suspect entered the locked vehicle and stole property between 10:30 p.m. on 10-23-13 and 7:00 a.m. on 10-24-13. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
