Pursuant to the investigation into the 06-18-2017 Unlawful Use of Weapons incident in 500 block of South Graham Street, detectives with the City of Carbondale Police Department applied for and were granted an arrest warrant for Clifford Liddell Jr., charging him with Reckless Discharge of a Weapon and Possession of a Weapon by a Felon.
